Hi – I’m Gilly Fraser.

Former: Reporter/presenter with Carlisle-based Border TV, Mills & Boon novelist under the name of Rachel Elliot, owner of pony-trekking centre in the Scottish Borders.

Present: Co-Presenter of BBC Radio Cumbria Show Gilly & Kim Let Loose with Kim Inglis, Freelance Journalist writing for magazines and newspapers, owner of small PR and dvd production company, currently kickstarting romantic novel-writing back into life after a long sleep.

Future: Winner of prizes for wonderful romantic novels, many of which have been turned into Oscar-winning movies. Obviously!

Enduring throughout: Horses, dogs, cats – and husband called Malcolm who sings great songs.

  1. Hi Kathryn – the pony trekking centre was in Newcastleton, not far from Hawick – quite one of my favourite places in the whole world. I don’t have it now alas – but I do still have horses – mostly ex-racers, and horses will always rock my world!

  2. Hi Jilly just wondered if there was any way i could get hold of another 2 copies of your clydesdale migration dvd as my 6 year old son is not parting with the one I bought from you when you visited our rural in Hawick which was meant for my granny.
